Dads and Daughters

Father and DaughterI have loved having two daughters in my life!  While they are quite different, they are both amazing women today and making a difference for good in their worlds.  One is a school teacher and the other is a full-time mom today, and now I have three granddaughters ages 4 through 8 and I am truly enjoying watching them grow up.

I am convinced that there is a special bond between a girl and her daddy, and we fathers have an obligation to make the most of that special trust in us.  And even if we occasionally violate that trust by breaking a promise or losing our cool, if we work at it, we can return to the good graces of our girls.

Check out a few of these resources that might help you build an even better relationship with your daughters.

Hi Wayne,

I have 2 daughters. 5 and 7. They way my 7 year old is inclined to dress scares the heck out of me. My daughters are very loving and considerate. There is definitely a special bond I have with them. We enjoy cracking slight crude jokes at the expense of my wife :-)
