Looking for Carpools? Check out Divide the Ride.

Thursday December 27, 2007
Carpooling just makes sense, whether you are a confirmed environmentalist or just looking to save a little cash. I am constantly amazed as I travel the interstate how many of us drivers are just one to a car. Last week I checked out the very helpful website Divide the Ride. Rather than just looking at your commute times, you can enter your family's entire event calendar and search for people you already know that are heading to the same place. Think of the convenience and savings for carpooling to soccer games, plays or sporting events, and more. Register at Divide the Ride and then see if you can find more opportunities to carpool and save a little cash and reduce your family's carbon footprint.
