I pray not many others go thru what I am now but I'm sure there are others.Here is my story,proof the system of laws are truly stacked against men.

I had a 14 yr relationship and 2 wonderful young sons I love dearly but it all was lost to me by one false allegation. I was arrested and charged with domestic violence without any investigation of my side at all. To make matters worse I hired an attorney that simply didnt care if I was innocent or not! 15 minutes before trial he informed me he had not subpoenad my witness. I'm a truck driver by profession and my dispatcher heard my ex threaten to falsely accuse me that day.I was convicted but I got my witnesses name on record and tht counsel didnt subpoena him.

I not only appealed due to innefective counsel but produced my witness at the civil hearing on custody.The judge made it clear he didnt beleive her but ruled against me anyways due to the conviction.I have been unable to see my children since Febuary 2003.

What really makes my case a tragedy of justice is this, the district attorney of Tehama County, California isnt even contesting my appeal! On Nov 30,2003 my ex and her daughter falsely accused me of attempted murder, but the sheriff dept proved allegation was false and asked district attorney to prosecute her for it. So far his office has steadfastly refused to prosecute her for any wrongdoing, even after they were caught red handed fabricateing evidence.

I promptly lost my job, my employer's concerned his vehicle could be impounded if I was arrested on another false charge. I was ordered by the judge to pay for psychological exams for both of us and given 120 days to do so,but I have been unable to work with this constant threat looming over my shoulder. I'm now in default on the order because they continue to keep doing it to me. I surely can't pay for them if I am unable to work. I tried filing a restraining order against my ex but Judge King of Dept 1 threw it out summarilly withiut so much as a hearing!

I am at my wits end,she even set me up for a false burglary,but the investigateing officer deputy McCoy of Tehama county sheriff dept promptly cleared me. My ex was able to get a temporary resraining order without so much as a hearing andwithout any evidence,yet I have absolute proof of her behavior and I cant be heard! Whatever happened to due process of law,is this there definition of equal protection of the law?

I'm just biding my time now, waiting to be arrested again and lose my freedom for something I didn't do. I'm not sure how long I have left but I'm going to continue fighting them as long as I can. I'm being persecuted simply because I am unwilling play by their rules that violate my rights! I am not only fighting for my rights but those of all fathers out there. I will gladly show all documents to anyone willing to see them. In addition my ex has committed welfare and social security fraud and I can prove it but no one will open their eyes and look at the evidence! If this is justice then it has become perverted in our country and the laws need to be changed so their are checks and balances to protect the innocent.

I can't afford another attorney so chance is I'll never get quality time with my children again. I used to beleive in the justice system,that we were all innocent till proven guilty. Obviously my faith in the system has been destroyed,it clearly doesn't work the way the founding fathers intended! At this time I have declared war on the system that has clearly abused me! I dont know how I will do it,or how long it will take, but I will not quit until my rights are restored as an American and a Veteran of this great nation that a few selfish individuals have been making for their own gain!
