Maintaining a healthy weight can be a tough thing for dads. After all, our time is often limited by work, family and other aspects of life and we are often pushed into fast food and into passing on a more active lifestyle. There just don't ever seem to be enough hours in a day to fit it all in, and exercise and other physical activity often takes a back seat.
