Sometimes, dads can feel overwhelmed with a new baby. But some dads learn to cherish the moments, even when we spend a lot of time walking a baby back to sleep at night. One of our daughters suffered from colic during her earliest months, and I remember spending hours walking her at night. I think I saw every episode of one syndicated drama because it came on every night from 11:00 p.m. until midnight as I walked back and forth across the family room.
One of our readers, Lue Nuwame, created a thoughtful video about these special moments and shared some thoughts about how to think about those sleepless nights as we cuddle the baby. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

That was absolutely beautiful! The best way to welcome a new baby is with love, obviously. But when my husband got me a push gift from http://www.jlucina.com, it was the perfect start to our new family. The diamond pendant was not only gorgeous, but it commemorated the birth of our baby and I hope to give it to her when she has one of her own.
