A long standing family tradition for the Parkers is to take off one late afternoon each Fall and enjoy our annual three hour trek to look at the changing leaves in our area. This time we followed what is called the Alpine Loop up past the Sundance ski resort in Utah's Wasatch Mountains. The leaves, as you can see by the picture, are amazing. It is a great family autumn tradition. If you want to follow our lead and check out great fall leaves in your area, the US Forest Service has a great web site where you can find amazing fall color displays all around the country. And you can call 800-354-4595 to get the latest update by telephone as well. Don't miss the chance; leaves are often at their peak in color and vibrancy for only a week or two each year.
