Dads and the Parent Rap

OK, I am as much a sucker for clever raps as anyone.  But the Parent Rap is one of the best I have heard in a long time.  It reminds me of the daily grind of parents but includes a little fun as well.  Consider these lyrics:

  • "my PB&Js will set your world on fire, I could make you mac 'n' cheese blindfolded on a wire"
  • "I'm dropping time outs like they're hot, potty training all my tots, washing all the pans and pots, tying little shoes in knots."
  • "I'm wiping the doo-doo, kissing the boo-boo. Got them eyes in the back of my head, I see what you do"

So, check out this video and laugh out loud like I did.  Then come up with a few of your own rhyming rap sequences and add them as comments to this post.  Maybe we'll come up with our own dad video!
