Every year in March, we hear about the importance of disconnecting from our screens (television, computer, smartphone, game system) for a while and just being together as a family. But the National Day of Unplugging is just the start. We have to find ways to unplug from the electronics and make time for family a lot more often than once a year!
I learned this week about the Undo List which offers a weekly email reminder of things you and your family can do to "unplug" and activities that can be a good substitute for the tuning out that we usually do when we are stuck on the screen. Check out this service and then sign up for the weekly email service!
