Be There for Your Kids Awards

As Father's Day approaches, we are seeing more and more opportunities to recognize great fathers coming up.  The Colorado Fatherhood Council is sponsoring the 2010 Be There for Your Kids Awards.  So if you live in Colorado or want to honor a Colorado dad, you may want to submit a nomination.  Awards are in the following categories:

• Be There For Your Kids Father of the Year
• Outstanding Fatherhood Practitioner Award
• Policymaker or Advocate of the Year
• Colorado Fatherhood Council Member of the Year
• Program, Coalition or Agency of the Year
• Child Welfare Caseworker of the Year
• County Child Welfare Department of the Year

If there is someone you want to nominate in Colorado in these categories, you can visit the Colorado Dads website to learn more or submit a nomination.  Nominations are due by May 15, so get moving!
