Father Finally Buries Son After 21 Years

What a difficult story for any dad! In 1987, four month old Christopher Blum died within hours after receiving a vaccination in England. His little body was taken to the coroner's office and there is has remained, frozen, for 21 years. British law requires the father to sign the death certificate which he refused to do until the investigation into Christopher's death was conclusive. Recently, a ruling was issued requiring the baby to be buried without a father's signature on the death certificate, so the burial is now planned for September. The baby's father, Steve, said, "If that death certificate is legal, I don't intend to obstruct things. All I've ever wanted was to lay Christopher to rest knowing I have done the best I could to protect his rights."
