Fathers group opposes GPS devices for restraining orders

The Massachusetts Legislature is considering requiring GPS-enabled devices be attached to fathers who have violated restraining orders. The Lieutenant Governor is pushing for it; fathers groups are against. Read more about this proposal and see what you think.
