Recently in our community, a young mother died from complications from a rare heart ailment brought on by pregnancy and delivery. Bambi Thomas was awaiting a heart transplant when she died of an aneurysm. Now Danny is left to raise baby Ellie alone. Danny is no longer alone. He married a beautiful young woman who also happens to be a widow named Jen Venable Thomas. She was married to my older brother Ryan, who actually played basketball with Danny in high school. Jen also has a daughter who she named after her father Ryan. Ellie and Ryan are a week apart and love being sisters. That’s an update on his life.
